Bulking Season Smoothie Recipe

What you will need: 

  1. Blender (preferably nutribullet or similar product)
  2. Scale (not 100% needed but helps track macros easier and keeps the final product be more consistent)



  1. Blender (preferably nutribullet or similar product)
  2. 130g Oats (I use Quaker Oats old fashioned oats)
  3. 40g Peanut Butter (I use Jif creamy peanut butter)
  4. Almond Milk, enough to cover oats with a little extra, usually comes out to be around 8 oz (I use unsweet almond milk)
  5. 125g berries (blueberry, strawberry, etc)
  6. One scoop protein powder (I use Muscle Pharm’s cookies and cream flavor)



  1. Add 130g Oats to a blender cup
  2. Add 40g peanut butter
  3. Add 125g berries
  4. Add almond milk around 8oz
  5. Add protein powder
  6. Blend
  7. Enjoy:)
